ORD 81-33 AD VALOREM TAXES ORDINANCE NO. 81 - 33
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE AMOUNT OF AD VALOREM
TAXES TO BE LEVIED FOR THE YEAR 1982.
WHEREAS, a budget for the City of Winslow is presently being
compiled, and
WHEREAS, operting expenditures of past years, together with
known requirements for Bond Redemption, interest charges and
approved special levies establish the budget requirements for
the coming year,
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the City
of Winslow, Washington as follows:
THAT the maximum amount of taxes under the 106% limitation
be granted, and;
THAT the levy for the year 1982 for the City of Winslow,
Washington is believed to be as follows:
REGULAR TAX LEVY $187,800.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Winslow, Washington
this 1st day of October, 1981.
