ORD 81-42 AMENDING 1981 BUDGETOnDINA CE No. 81
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW AMENDING
THE 1981 BUDGET AND PROVIDING FOR REVENUE AND
EXPENDITURES UNFORSEEN AT THE TIME OF THE 1981
BUDGET ADOPTION.
WHEREAS, sufficient data was not available at the time of
the 1981 Budget adoption; and
WHEREAS, additional unappropriated funds are available as
follows:
Current Expense Fund #001 - $42,000 overrealized
Civic Center Parking Lot Construction Fund #301
- $ 8,000 overrealized
WHEREAS, salaries and general maintenance operation and
construction funds, necessary for the safety, health, and
welfare of the people of Winslow, must be appropriated;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Winslow do ordain as
follows:
Section 1. There shall be for the fiscal year 1981
$42,000 to be expended on general maintenance
and operation from the Current Expense Fund
No. 001.
Section 2. There shall be for the fiscal year 1981
$8,000 to be expended on salaries and wages
and construction costs from the Civic Center
Parking Lot Construction Fund No. 301.
