AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE WASHINGTON MODEL
TRAFFIC ORDINANCE AND OTHER TRAFFIC
STATUTES TO REGULATE TRAFFIC ON THE HIGH-
WAYS OF THE CITY OF WI~SLOW, ~ENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 81-36.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLO~S:
Section 1. Section 1 of the Winslow Ordinance 81-36 is amended
to read as follows:
C. RCW 46.29.605, as amended by the 1981 State
Leqislature, RCW 46.29.610, 46.29.620, and 46.29.625 are
hereby adopted by reference as and for the traffic ordinance
of this City as if set forth in full herein.
Section 2. Incidental to the adoorion of these statutes by
reference, by this ordinance, copies of the text of the adopted
statutes shall be filed as required by RCW 35A.1~.140 for use and
examination by the public.
Section 3. Severability Clause. Should any provision of this
ordinanc~ be held invalid the remaining provisions shall continue
in full force and effect.
Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect five (5) days after posting in the manner
provided by law.
