AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A FEE
SCHEDULE FOR SUBDIVISIONS
WHEREAS, the City is amending its ordinances for
codification by the Book Publishing Comoany, and
WHEREAS, the City has amended its long and short
subdivision ordinances to remove the dollar amounts of
required fees and deposits, and
WHEREAS, the City desire to establish a fee
schedule for subdivision fees and deposits,
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Winslow, Washington do ordain as follows:
Section 1.
be as follows:
Fees and deposits for long subdivision shall
Application deposit ........... $250.00
Non-refundable filing fee ......... $ 50.00
Section 2. Fees and deposits for short subdivision shall
be as follows:
Application fee .............. $ 75.00
