ORD 82-26 LICENSING OF GAMES OF SKILLORDINANCE NO. 82-26
AN ORDINANCE ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 79-39, AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING OF C~%MES OF SKILL AND
ESTABLISHMENTS WHERE C=~F~S OF SKILL ARE MAINTAINED FOR
PUBLIC USE OR HIRE.
The City Council of the City of Winslow DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. That Section 6 License Fees shall be amended as follows:
Section 6 Term of License
All licenses issued under Section 4 shall expire on the last day of
each calendar year. The fees for said license for each establishment
where games of skill are maintained shall not be prorated for a partial
year. The additional fee per machine per calendar year shall be prorated
for any license procured after June 1, at the rate of 1/2 of the fee per
machine per calendar year.
All other provisions of Ordinance No. 79-39 shall remain in full
force and effect.
This Ordinance shall become effective five (5) days after its
posting or publication in the manner provided by law.
