ORD 82-28 AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE 76-18 ORDINANCE NO. 82- 28
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLC~ ~NDING SECTION 1
OF ORDINANCE 76-18, ADDING SUBSECTION 4.
The City Council of the City of Winslc~ do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1.
Pursuant to the provisions of REW 35A. 63 there is hereby
established within the City of Winslc~q, a Planning Agency which shall
have the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Preparation of a continuous revi6~q of the Conprehensive Plan
for the City of Winslow.
2. Review, investigate and make formal recon~rendations on all
applications for amendn~nts to the Conprehensive Plan, official
zoning map and official zoning ordinance of the City, appli-
cations for variances, conditional use permits and planned unit
developments and all applications for permits issued pursuant
to the Shorelines Management Act.
3. Such other advisory duties as may be assigned to it by the
City Council or the Mayor.
4. %he title "Planning Agency" is hereby substituted for the title
"Planning Commission" in all City Ordinances and other documents
approved prior to the effective date of this Ordinance.
SECTION 2.
All other privisions of Ordinance ~18 remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
Tnis Ordinance shall become effective five (5) days after its
posting or publication in the manner provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Winslow this 30th day of
September , 1982.
