AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ~{INSDDW REPEALING
ORDINANCES 69-22, 69-19, 72-7, 74-10
WHEREAS, the City of Winslow is codifying its Ordinances; and
WI2~AS, several ordinances were determined in the codification process
to have been superceded by subsequent ordinances but not repealed in
those subsequent ordinances; and
WHEREAS, these ordinances must be officially repealed; Now therefore
?he City Council of the City of Winslow DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1: Repeal of OrdiD2mces
Ordinances 69-22, 69-19, 72-7, 74-10 are hereby repealed.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall become effective five (5)
days after its posting or publication in the manner provided by law.
