ORD 82-31 AD VALOREM TAXES ORDINANCE NO. 82 - 31
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE AMOUNT OF AD VALOREM
TAXES TO BE LEVIED FOR THE YEAR 1983.
WHEREAS, a budget for the City of Winslow is presently being
compiled; and
WHEREAS, operating expenditures of past years, together with
known requirements for Bond Redemption, interest charges
establish the budget requirements for the coming year.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, the maximum amount of taxes under the 106% limitation
be granted, and;
THAT, the levy for the year 1983 for the City of Winslow,
Washington, is believed to be as follows:
REGULAR TAX LEVY $211,300
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Winslow, Washington
this 30th day of September, 1982.
