AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 81-43, THE 1982 BUDGET
ORDINANCE, ALLOWING FOR REVENUE AND EXPENDITURES
IN FUNDS NOT PREVIOUSLY BUDGETED AND REAPPROPRIA-
TING ALLOCATED SALARIES, WAGES AND BENEFITS IN
THE CURRENT EXPENSE FUND NO. 001, CITY STREET
FUND NO. 101, SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUND NO. 304.
The City Council of the City of Winslow do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 81-43 and the Final Budget
of the City of Winslow Revenue and Expenditures for the year
1982 are hereby amended as shown in Exhibit A as attached.
SECTION 2. That attached revenue and appropriation together
with expenditures are considered emergencys under RCW 35A.33,090
and wage adjustments under 35A.33,105 and expenditure limitations
under RCW 35A.33,120 and presented in Ordinance 82-39 on
December 23, 1982.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Winslow this 30th day of
December, 1982.
