ORDINANCE NO. 83- 07
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Winslow, Washington,
relating to Local Improvement District No. 6, and
amending Ordinance No. 83-05.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 83-05 is amended to
read as follows:
Section 1. The assessments and assessment roll of
Local Improvement District No. 6 which has been created and
established for the purpose of improving a portion of the City by
the construction and installation of street improvements con-
sisting of both constructing new streets and widening and
resurfacing existing streets, installation of sanitary sewers,
storm sewers and appurtenances, curbs, gutters, gravel walks and
required water main relocations, as provided by Ordinance No.
79-20, as the same now stand be and the same are in all things and
respects approved and confirmed in the individual amounts and
total amount as shown on that roll on file with the City Clerk-
Treasurer.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor of the
City of Winslow, Washington, at a regular open public meeting
thereof, this 21st day of July, 1983.
