ORDINANCE NO. 8~-07
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHING-
TON, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 71-6, PASSED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL ON MARCH 1, 1971, RELATING TO
CERTAIN PERSONNEL POLICIES.
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a personnel
handbook setting forth the employment policies for the City of
Winslow, by Resolution No. 83-18 and Resolution No. 8A-12 , and
WHEREAS, the personnel policies adopted by those reso-
lutions conflict with those established by Ordinance No. 71-6,
now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 71-6, passed by the City
Council on March 1, 1971, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five (5) days after passage and publication by posting
as provided by law.
