ORDINANCE NO. 84-18
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHING-
TON, REVISING THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
CITY.
WHEREAS, RCW 35A.21.210 authorizes code cities and
counties to agree on revisions of city boundaries which coin-
cide with the center lines of public streets, and
WHEREAS, the center lines of the following described
streets currently constitute the boundaries of the City of
Winslow, and
WHEREAS, both the City and the county find that revis-
ing the boundaries to fully include the streets within the
City limits will promote better law enforcement and will
enhance the public welfare, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The corporate boundaries of the City of
Winslow are revised to fully include those portions of the
public streets, roads and highways set forth on Exhibit A and
as depicted on Exhibit B, both attached hereto and incor-
porated herein by this reference as if fully set forth.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five days after passage and publication and upon the
effective date of the resolution approving the above revisions
passed by the Kitsap County Board of Commissioners.
Section 3. A certified copy of this ordinance shall
be sent to the Kitsap County Assessor and the Kitsap County
Board of Commissioners upon passage.

CITY OF WINSLOW
1) WEST WYATT AVENUE
County Road No.96320, West Wyatt Avenue, said right-of-way
being of varying width along the following described centerline:
Beginning at a point 40.0 feet east of the southwest corner of
the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 27,
Township 25 North, Range 2 East, W.M.; thence east along said
line to a point which is 30.0 feet east of the center of Section
27, Township 25 North, Range 2 East, W.M..
2) WING POINT WAY N.E.
That portion of Wing Point Way NE, said right-of-way being or
varying width, lying within Section 26 and within Section 25,
Township 25 North, Range 2 East, W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the northeast quarter of
said Section 26; thence easterly along the east-west centerline
of said Section 26, to the quarter corner common to said Section
26 and 25; thence continuing easterly along the east-west center-
line of said Section 25 to a point 20 feet east of the centerline
of Fairview Avenue.
3) WEAVER ROAD NORTH
That portion of Weaver Road in Section 27, Township 25 North,
Range 2 East lying south of County Road No.96360 and No.96437
(High School Road) and being 30 feet on each side of the following
described line:
Beginning 30 feet south of the north quarter corner of said Section
27; thence south 0o57'33" east a distance of 2625.80 feet to the
north line of West Wyatt Avenue and the terminus of said line.
4) MADISON AVENUE N.E.
That portion of Madison Avenue N.E. (Co. Rd. 242) described as
follows:
A strip of land 60 feet in width the centerline of which is
described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the south half of the north
half of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section
23, Township 25 North, Range 2 East, W.M.; thence on a bearing of
south 0006'40" west to a point being the southwest corner of Section
23, Township 25 North, Range 2 East, W.M., situate in Kitsap County,
Washington.
5) WINSLOW WAY WEST
That portion of Winslow Way West (Co. Rd. 218) described as follows:
A strip of land 40 feet in width, being 20 feet each side of the
following described centerline:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the northwest quarter of the
southeast quarter of Section 27, Township 25 North, Range 2 East,
W.M.; situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
6) GRAND AVENUE
That portion of Grand Avenue, said right-of-way being of varying
width along the centerline defined by the Grand Avenue right-of-way,
according to the Plat of Yeomalt Point, as recorded in Volume 3
Plats, Page 5, Records of Kitsap County, Washington.
7) YEOMALT POINT DRIVE
That portion of Yeomalt Point Drive, said-right-of-way being
of varying width along the centerline as defined by the Maple
Drive right-of-way, according to the Plat of Yeomalt, as recorded
in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 5, Records of Kitsap County, Washington.
8) LEGAL DESCRIPTION - PORTION OF SR 305
That portion of State Route No. 305, said right-of-way of being
variable width, lying within the southwest quarter of Section 23,
Township 25 North, Range 2 East, ~q.M.; EXCEPT the north-half of
the north-half of the north-half thereof.
Situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
