ORD 84-31 APPROPRIATION OF UNANTICIPATED REVENUEORDINANCE NO. 84-31
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE
1984 BUDGET AND ORDINANCE NO. 83-18 ADOPTING THE 1984 BUDGET
TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPROPRIATION OF UNANTICIPATED REVENUE TO
THE CURRENT EXPENSE FUND NO. 001.
WHEREAS, at the time of adoption of the 1984 Budget the
amount of revenue to be collected from various sources could
only be estimated resulting in the need to supplement the
budget to provide for appropriations of excess revenues, and
WHEREAS, the City has received and will be receiving funds
over and above the estimated revenue to the Current Expense
Fund No. 001 and that various like items should be adjusted,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to adjust the
salary of the Land Use Administrator to increase the annual
salary by $200, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the 1984 Budget adopted by Ordinance
No. 83-18 passed by the City Council on December 20, 1984 is
hereby amended to appropriate unanticipated revenues in the
Current Expense Fund No. 001 to salary and wages.
Section 2. That the following salary adjustment shall
constitute the amended budget for 1984:

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
five (5) days after passage and publication by posting as provided
by law.
