AN ORDINANCE OF TIIE CITY OF WINSLOW, WAStIINGTON
LEVYING TIlE GENERAL TAXES FOR TIlE CITY OF WINSLOW
IN KITSAP COUNTY FOR TIIE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING
JANUARY 1, 1988, ON ALL PROPERTY, BOTtl REAL AND
PERSONAL, IN SAID CITY WItICI1 IS SUBJECT TO TAXA-
TION FOR TIIE PURPOSE OF PAYING SUFFICIENT REVENUE
TO CARRY ON TIlE SEVERAL DEPARTMENTS OF SAID CITY
FOR TIlE ENSUING YEAR AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WIIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Winslow has
considered the City's anticipated financial requirements for
1988, and the amounts necessary and available to be raised by
ad valorem taxes on real, personal and utility property, now,
therefore,
TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASItINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There shall be a~d hereby is levied on all
real, personal, and utility property in the City of Winslow, in
Kitsap County, whose estimated assessed valuation is
$ 138,946,499.00 ~ current taxes for the ensuing year
coI~uuencing January 1, 1987, in tile amount of and at the rates
specified below:

Section 2. This ordinance shall be certified to the
proper County Officials, as provided by law, and taxes here
levied shall be collected to pay to the Clerk-Treasurer of the
City of Winslow at the time and in the manner provided by the
laws of the State of Washington for the collection of taxes for
non-chartered code cities.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published in the
official newspaper of the City, and shall take effect and be in
full force five (5) days afher publication.
