AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 79-31,
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON
ESTABLISHING SEWER CONNECTION CHARGES IN LIEU OF
ASSESSMENTS FOR CERTAIN PROPERTIES ABUTTING THE
LID 3F SEWER LINE CONSTRUCTED BY THE CITY OF
WINSLOW, DESCRIBING THE PROPERTIES TO BE CHARGED,
SETTING FORTH THE ASSESSED FOOTAGE, AND AMOUNT OF
CHARGE THEREFORE
The Winslow City Council has determined it is in the
public interest to amend Section 2, of Ordinance No. 79-31.
The City Council of the City of Winslow do ordain as
follows:
Section 1. That section 2, Ordinance No. 79-31, Exhibit
"1", be amended as attached hereto and by this reference are
incorporated herein.
Section 2. A certified copy of this ordinance shall be
filed for record with the Kitsap County Auditor by the City Clerk
upon its passage.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect five (5) days
after posting or publication in the manner provided by law.
