ORDINANCE NO. 88-07
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW
WASHINGTON, ADOPTING THE 1988 STATE
STANDARDS FOR SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROAD,
BRIDGE AND MUNICIPAL CONSTRUCTION AND
TO AMEND THE EXISTING CODE SO AS TO
SUPERCEDE INCONSISTENT PROVISIONS.
Whereas, the City Council has determined that
that present street specifications for ~he City of Winslow should
be amended, and
Whereas, the City Council finds these amendments
are in the best interests of the public health, safety and welfare,
now therefore,
The Mayor and City Council of the City of Winslow,
Washington, do ordain changes to the standard specifications as
follows:
SECTION 1. The 1988 State Standards For Specifications
for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction and the 1988 APWA
Amendments to Division One of the 1988 WSDOT/APWA Standard
Specifications are herewith adopted, and shall supercede any incon-
sisted provisions.
SECTION 2. This ordinance or a summary thereof
consisting of the title shall be published in the official newspaper
of the city and shall take effect and be in full force five (5)
days after publication.
