~'~EFFAS, the City Council of the City of Winslow, Washington, has
determined to change its municipal court to a court of record, and
WHtRIFAS~ the City CoLLnCil Of the City of Winslow, ~hshin~cfcon, feels
it is in the best interest of the citizens of the City to do so effective
with the passage of this ordinance, and
~HERFAS, the laws of the State of Washington allow such designations
under the statutes and court rules.
Section 1. The Winslow Municipal Court shall herewith be designated
a court of Record under the statutes arid court rules of the State of Washington,
pursum~t to Article 4, Section 11, of the Constitution of the State of Washington,
RfX~7's 2.04.190, R~q 3.02.020 - 040, RCW 3.50.010, and the Rules of Court, RAg
5.1- 6.4.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5)
days after passage and publication as provided by law.
