ORD 89-10 BRETHALIZER WARNINGSORDINANCE NO. 89-10
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW ADOPTING
RCW 46.61.517, BY REFERENCE BY AMENDING WINSLOW
MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 10.04.020, TO PROVIDE FOR
BREATHALIZER WARNINGS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Winslow,
Washington has determined that the present traffic ordinance
for the city should be amended, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds this amendment to be
in the best interest of the public health, safety, and
welfare, now, therefore,
THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW,
WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 10.04.020, entitled Additional
Statutes Adopted of the Winslow Municipal Code is amended to
read in its entirety:
10.04.020 Additional Statutes Adopted
RCW 46.29.605, as amended by the 1981 State
Legislature, RCW 46.61.517, RCW 46.29.610, RCW
46.29.620, and RCW 46.29.625, are adopted by
reference as and for the traffic ordinances of the
city as is set forth in full herein.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five (5) days after passage and publication by posting
as provided by law.
