ORD 89-20 ZONING MAP LOWER ERICKSENROC:sk 6-23-89 ORDINANCE NO. 89-20 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW TO CHANGE THE ZONING DES- IGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND AS MORE PARTICULARLY IDENTIFIED HEREIN BY KITSAP COUNTY ASSESSOR'S PROPERTY TAX LOT NUMBER 262502-3-013, 262502-3-014, 262502-3-015, 262502-3-016, 262502-3-018, 262502,3-022, 262502-3-023, 262502-3-027, 262502-3-028, 262502-3-029, 262502-3-042, 262502-3-043, 262502-3-044, FROM COMMERCIAL-LOWER ERICKSEN DISTRICT TO HIGH DENSITY- SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL. WHEREAS, residents of the effected property petitioned the city to rezone their property to High Density Single Family, and WHEREAS, the Planning Agency at public meetings considered the following amendment to the Official Zoning Map and Ordinances of the city as proposed by the applicants; and WHEREAS, the City Council at a public meeting on June 15, 1989, reviewed the recommendations of the Planning Agency and at the conclusion of said public meeting that the proposed rezone should be approved, and THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section !' The Official Zoning Map of the City of Winslow as adopted by Ordinance No. 79-15, passed by the City Council on June 4, 1979, and the Zoning Ordinance No. 87-30, as amended are hereby further amended by changing the zoning classification of certain property hereinafter described from Commercial-Lower Ericksen District to High Density-Single Family Residential. The legal description of the property rezoned herewith is set forth as follows: Lots numbered by the Kitsap County tax assessor's office as 262502-3-013, 262502-3-014, 262502-3-015, 262502-3-016, 262502-3-018, 262502-3-022, 262502-3- 023, 262502-3-027, 262502-3-028, 262502-3-029, 262502-3-042, 262502-3-043, 262502-3-044. Section ~. The Land Use Administrator is hereby instructed to effectuate the necessary amendments to the Official Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Winslow pursuant to this ordinance. Section ~. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute and the City Clerk to attest to this document. The City Clerk is further directed to record this document, the legal description of the property, and other necessary file documents with the Kitsap County Auditor. Section !' This ordinance title shall be published in the official newspaper of the City, and shall take effect and be in full force five (5) days after the date of publication.
