ORD 89-34 REMOVING DENSITY BONUSESORDINANCE NO. 89-34
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING CHAPTER 18.36, REMOVING DENSITY BONUSES FOR
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
zoning code should be amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the policies
outlined in the Land Use subsection of the Comprehensive Plan
requires the updating of the Zoning Ordinance; now, therefore
THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section !' Winslow Municipal Code section 18.40.030,
is hereby revised to read as follows:
18.40.030 Permitted density.
The number of dwelling units permitted in a planned
unit development shall be as permitted in the underlying
zone.
Section 2. All other sections of Chapter 18.40
remain in full force and effect.
Section 3' Severability. If any provision hereof is
found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be
in full force and effect.
Section 4. This ordinance or a summary of the title
shall be published in the official newspaper of the City of
Winslow, Washington, and shall take effect five (5) days
after publication and posting as required by law.
