AN ORDINANCE of the City of Winslow, Washington,
relating to the posting of notices, and amending
Section 17 of Ordinance No. 66-9 and
Section 8.16.170 of the Winslow Municipal Code.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW,
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WASHINGTON, DO
Section 1. Section 17 of Ordinance No. 66-9 and
Section 8.16,170 of the Winslow Municipal Code are amended as
follows:
No person shall post or affix any notice, poster
or other paper or device, calculated to attract the
attention of the public, to any lamp post, public
utility pole, traffic control device or sign, or shade
tree, or upon any public structure or building, except
as may be authorized or required by law.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take
force five days from and after its
publication and posting as required by law.
