ORD 90-16 PUBLIC PARKS AND PLAYGROUNDSORDINANCE NO. 90 - 16
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 13 AND 14 OF ORDINANCE NO. 88 - 37.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 13. Ordinance No. 89-37 is amended as
follows:
Section 13. Chapter 18.68 entitled High School Road
District, Section 18.68.020 entitled Permitted Uses, is
amended to change the wording for the permitted use H.
Community or public park and recreational facilities to:
H. Public parks and playgrounds.
Section 2. Section 14. Ordinance No. 89-37 is amended as
follows:
Section 14. Chapter 18.72, Entitled Lower Madison
Waterfront District, Section 18.72.020 entitled
Permitted Uses, is amended to change the wording for
the permitted use H. Community or public parks and
recreational facilities to:
H. Public parks and playgrounds

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five
days from and after its passage, approval, publication and posting as
required by law.
