ORDINANCE of the City of Winslow, Washington,
amending Section 17.04.030 of Winslow City Code.
WHEREAS, Section 17.04.030 of Chapter 17.04 of the Winslow
City Code entitled "Subdivisions" contains certain exemptions
from the application of Chapter 17.04; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to amend Section 17.04.030 of
the Winslow City Code to permit a conveyance of property to the
City of Winslow to be exempt from Chapter 17.04; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subsection F is hereby added to Section
17.04.030 of the Winslow Municipal Code as follows:
F. A conveyance of land to a public body; provided,
however, that any remaining lot or lots which are not
consistent with City zoning, or access, or health
requirements, shall not be considered as legal
building sites by the City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five days from and after its passage, approval,
publication and posting as required by law.
