ORD 91-13 METERED IRRIGATIONORDINANCE NO. 91-13
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Winslow,
Washington, establishing system
participation fees for independently metered
irrigation sprinkler systems and amending
Section E(1) of Ordinance No. 82-20.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section E(1) of Ordinance 82-20, as amended, is
further amended as follows:
Section E. Water and Sewer Fees, Charges and Rates.
1. System Participation Fees.
a. Residential.
water: An amount per living unit as
established by resolution of the city
council.
sewer: An amount per living unit as
established by resolution of the city
council.
b. Independently Metered Sprinkler Systems.
Independently metered irrigation sprinkler
systems for all structures except
single-family residences and multi -family
buildings of four units or less:
City Engineer determines maximum flow in
gallons per minute of all zones in the
sprinkler system that may run concurrently;
divide by 10; round down to the nearest
whole number; and multiply by an amount
established by resolution of the city
council.
C. Other. (any application other than residential
and irrigation sprinkler)

sewer: An amount per each set of 10
fixtures as established by resolution of the
city council.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval,
publication and posting as required by law.
