ORD 93-42 REPEAL CHAPTER 8.08 FOOD SERVICESORDINANCE NO. 93- 42
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
repealing Chapter 8.08 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code.
WHEREAS, the City has determined that the provisions of Chapter 8.08 of the
Bainbridge Island Municipal Code are no longer necessary due to the regulation of the food
services industry by the tsap County Health 06penwawmw now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 8.08 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code is repealed.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five days from and after its
passage, approval, publication and posting as required by law.
