Move HVAC unit to south, reconnect duct. Adjust multiple elbows are west end to accommodate the move. Hold GWB ceiling back from windows and provide a GWB skirlwall (5/8" GWB on 2-1/2' studs) from 9'-0" GWB ceiling to wood decking above. Install as close too relocated HVAC unit as possible. We recommending changing the wireless gooseneck microphones to wired gooseneck microphones. The wireless microphones require batteries and are less reliable than a wired microphone. In this application we believe the wireless desktop gooseneck microphones provide no additional value and the management of the batteries for the microphones adds another task that a City of Bainbridge employee will have to manage. There would be a cost savings by going to wired microphones for the desk microphones. We would still provide 2 wireless microphones for non -stationary use. 8.
