ORD 98-05 CODE ENFORCEMENTORDINANCE NO. 98- os
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, relating
to code enforcement and amending section 15.04.030 of the municipal
code.
WHEREAS, a typographical error in Section 15.04.030(A) changes its meaning, contrary to the
intent of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to correct the typographical error; now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 15.04.030(A) of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code is amended as follows:
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, alter,
repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy, or maintain any
building or structure in the city, or cause or to permit the same to be done, contrary to or
in violation of any of the provisions of this code.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five days after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
