ORD 98-44 ADVANCE TRAVEL EXPENSEORDINANCE No. 98-44
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BA1NBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON AMENDING SECTION 3.20.010 OF THE BIMC,
WHICH DEALS WITH THE CITY' S ADVANCE TRAVEL
EXPENSE REVOLVING FUND.-
WHEREAS, the City established an Advance Travel Expense Revolving Fund by
Ordinance 82-15 and set the amount of that fund at $500.00 and that amount is no longer
adequate; now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 3.20.010 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code and Section 1 of
Ordinance 82-15 are each amended to read as follows:
3.20.010 Revolving working fund established.
There shall be established a revolving working fund in an amount set by
resolution of the City Council. The custodian of the fund shall be the Director of
Finance and Administrative Services for the City.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five days after its
passage, approval and publication as required by law.
