RES 2006-33 TIMBERBROOK SUBDIVISIONRESOLUTION NO. 2006-33 A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, approving the Timberbrook Subdivision final plat (Case No. FSUB 12730). WHEREAS, the CityCcouncil approved the (formerly Hansen Hill) preliminary plat under Resolution No. 2005-01 on January 26, 2005; and WHEREAS, the applicant, Chaffey Homes submitted a final plat application to the Department of Planning and Community Development on May 2, 2006; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer reviewed and forwarded a recommendation of approval to the Department of Planning and Community Development; and WHEREAS, the Department of Planning and Community Development reviewed and forwarded its recommendation and the recommendations of other departments for approval to the City Council; now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Timberbrook Subdivision (File No. FSUB 12730) proposed for final plat approval conforms to all terms and conditions of approval for the preliminary plat as stated in Resolution No. 2005-01. Section 2. The Timberbrook Subdivision (File No. FSUB 12730) proposed for final plat approval conforms to the zoning ordinance, the comprehensive plan, the subdivision regulations and standards, and all applicable land use ordinances and applicable state law in effect at the time the fully completed application for preliminary plat approval was submitted by the applicant to the Department of Planning and Community Development. Section 3. In accordance with BIMC 17.04.119, the City Council finds that bonds and assurance devices submitted by the applicant adequately assure completion of all required plat improvements. Section 4. The Mayor is authorized and directed to inscribe and execute the City Council's approval on the face of the final plat. Section 5. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to file the original of the final plat for record with the Kitsap County Auditor and to file one reproducible copy of the final plat (containing the Kitsap County Auditor's recording number) with the City Clerk, the City Engineer, the Kitsap County Assessor and the applicant.
