RES 80-04 SEGREGATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTSRESOLUTION NO. 80-0 4 __ RESOLUTION ORDERING SEGREGATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS The City Council of the City of Winslow hereby resolves as follows: 1. The City Council has determined that the segregation requested by Carl Johnson and John Sakai on the 30th day of July, 1980, be made and the City Treasurer shall make the segregation ordered hereby on the original assessment role. 2. Amount and date of original assessment. $8,156.88 - April 7, 1980 __ 3. Amount due to City for reasonable engineering and clerical costs, incident to making the segregation. $55.00 4. Legal description of original tracts. Parcel A: Lot 3, Block 1, Madrono Subdivision, as per plat recorded in Volume 4 of Plats, page 86, records of Kits ap County: EXCEPT the West 10 feet conveyed to Kitsap County for Park Avenue; Parcel B: That portion of Lot 4, Block 1, Madrono Subdivision, as per plat recorded in Volume 4 of Plats, page 86, records of Kitsap County, described as follows: Beginning at a point 132 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot 4; Thence South 80 feet; thence West 18 feet; thence South 76.21 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of that tract conveyed to Ross D. Amo and Barbara A.
