RES 91-39 APPRECIATION TO DICK BOWEN FOR SERVICE TO COBIRESOLUTION NO. 91-3~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON, EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO DICK BOWEN FOR
HER YEARS OF SERVICE AS COUNCILMEMBER TO THE CITY.
WHEREAS, Dick Bowen has served as a City
Councilmember and given freely of her time, expertise, and
ideas;
WHEREAS, the government of the City of Bainbridge
Island, depends on this spirit of volunteerism in its elected
and appointed officials: now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON, RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. DICK BOWEN is hereby honored for her
service and commitment to the City of Bainbridge Island.
Section 2. DICK BOWEN'S years of service are hereby
recognized as an asset to the City of Bainbridge Island.
Section 3. The Mayor and City Council of the City of
Bainbridge Island hereby wish DICK BOWEN good health and
success in her retirement from Bainbridge Island City
Government. /
