91-31 LATECOMER REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR WINSLOW LANDING SUBDIVISIONRESOLUTION N0.91-31 A RESOLUTION of the City of Winslow, Washington, fixing a time and place for a public hearing to consider a delayed benefit charge "Latecomer Reimbursement Agreement" for the sewer lift station and force main improvements associated with the Winslow Landing Subdivision. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. A public hearing shall be held to consider a delayed benefit charge "Latecomer Reimbursement Agreement" for the sewer lift station and force main improvements associated with the Winslow Landing Subdivision on January 2 , 1991, at 9:00 PM, in the Multi-Purpose room of the Fire District No. 2, Building located at 8895 Madison Avenue N., Bainbridge Island, Washington 98110. Section 2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to post notice of the public hearing at least 10 days prior to the hearing and to mail notice of the public hearing at least 15 days prior to the hearing to all affected property owners. This is a copy of the signed and notarized form which we will submit upon Council approval The sewer lift station and forcemain improvements were completed under the subdivision approval process rather than under a Developer Extension Agreement. Therefore, items A and B of the recitals have been revised to reflect that. We request that a public hearing before the City Council be scheduled for the next available Council meeting and the necessary postings and notifications be accomplished by the City. Please call me if you have questions or concerns about the agreement or this letter. I will call you in several days to confirm the date chosen for the hearing.
