Dear Lyn,
Enclosed with this letter is a "Latecomer Reimbursement
Agreement (Delayed Benefit Charge) form for the sewer lift
station and force main improvements associated with the
Winslow Landing Subdivision. This is a copy of the signed
and notarized form which we will submit upon Council
approval
The sewer lift station and forcemain improvements were
completed under the subdivision approval process rather than
under a Developer Extension Agreement. Therefore, items A
and B of the recitals have been revised to reflect that.
We request that a public hearing before the City
Council be scheduled for the next available Council meeting
and the necessary postings and notifications be accomplished
by the City.
Please call me if you have questions or concerns about
the agreement or this letter. I will call you in several
days to confirm the date chosen for the hearing.
