RES 91-24 IMPROVEMENT OF VACATION BENEFITS FOR MANAGEMENT AND NON-UNION EMPLOYEES RESOLUTION No. 91-2~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW IMPROVING VACATION
BENEFITS FOR MANAGEMENT AND NON-UNION EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council has recently approved a negotiated
collective bargaining labor agreement which provides longer vacations and
other benefits to a majority of the City's employees; and
WHEREAS, the City of Winslow intends to provide to its non-represented
employees vacation and benefits which are not less than those it provides to its
represented employees; now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Non-represented employees of the City of Winslow,
Washington, shall receive annual vacation for 1991 and subsequent years in
accordance with the following schedule:
1 to 3 years' service
4 years' service
5 years' service
6 to 9 years' service
10 to 14 years' service
15 to 19 years' service
20 to 24 years' service
25 years' service or more
96 hours vacation / year
104 hours vacation / year
112 hours vacation / year
120 hours vacation / year
136 hours vacation / year
162 hours vacation / year
180 hours vacation / year
184 hours vacation / year
SECTION 2. Nothing in this resolution shall preclude the Mayor
and Council of the City of Winslow from considering vacation and other benefits for
the City's management and/or non-union staff which are greater than those negotiated
with the union.
