91-14 TEN PARKING SPACES IN THE CITY PARKING LOT FOR EMPLOYEES ONLYRESOLUTION NO. 91-14
A RESOLUTION of the City of Winslow, Washington,
reallocating ten parking spaces in the City of
Winslow monthly parking lot adjacent to City Hall for
employee use only.
WHEREAS, the City of Winslow, Washington, through
annexation and its increased responsibility, enlarged its
staff from twenty-eight employees to sixty full-time and
part-time employees; and
WHEREAS, it has become increasingly difficult for the
citizens of Bainbridge Island to find parking when they need
to come to City Hall on business; and
WHEREAS, it has also become increasingly difficult
for City employees to find parking spaces despite efforts by
them to carpool, walk, and use other means of transportation;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Winslow, Washington, that ten parking spaces
located in the monthly parking lot adjacent to City Hall will
be reallocated for City Hall employee use only.
Section 1. The remainder of the parking spaces will
be assigned on a seniority basis.
