Island, Washington, providing
official newspaper of the City.

WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 35A.21.230,
designate an official newspaper by resolution;
the City shall
AND, WHEREAS, The Sun is a newspaper of general circulation
in the City having the qualifications prescribed by
Chapter 65.16 RCW; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
BAINBRIDGE
ISLAND,
Section 1. The City designates The Sun as the official
newspaper of the City of Bainbridge Island.
