A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON ESTABLISHING THE AMOUNT OF UTILITY FEES
CHARGED BY THE CITY; AMENDING RESOLUTION 92-39.
WHEREAS, the City has determined by ordinance that fees and charges
related to the water and sewer utility services provided by the City shall be in
the amounts established by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that in order to recover the actual
costs of the utility services provided by the City, the City must raise
the amount of certain of the existing fees; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. In this Resolution, the term "direct costs" means the cost of
labor, including taxes, employee benefits and related costs, of equipment, and
of parts and materials.
SECTION 2. The portions of Resolution 92-39 of the City of Bainbridge
Island establishing the system participation fees, connection fees, and
inspection fees charged by the city are amended as follows :
