RES 93-33 APPRECIATION TO GATEWAY TOWING FOR COMMUNITY SPIRITRESOLUTION NO. 93-33
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON, EXPRESSING ITS GRATITUDE AND
APPRECIATION TO GATEWAY TOWING FOR THE
SUPERIOR COMMUNITY SPIRIT THEY
EXHIBITED DURING AMNESTY MONTH
WIIEREAS, the amnesty month program ran from July 1, 1993 through July
31, 1993; and
WHEREAS, vehicles removed ranged from horse and boat trailers, tractors,
passenger cars, light duty trucks, to pick-ups; and
WHEREAS, the total number of vehicles removed was 115: and
WHEREAS, the total man hours were approximately 460; and
WHEREAS, the total man hour wages were approximately $6,900.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of
Bainbridge Island does hereby declare its appreciation and recognizes Gateway Towing
for their efforts during amnesty month and for demonstrating such fine community spirit.
RESOLVED by the City Council this 2nd day of September, 1993.
