RES 93-04 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF CONIFER GLADERESOLUTION NO. 93-04 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF CONIFER GLADE (File No. KSUB12-10-90-1) WHEREAS, by Kitsap County Resolution No. 095-1991, adopted February 27, 1991, the County Commissioners approve the preliminary plat of Conifer Glade on approximately 40.1 acres of property located at Koura Road just east of Miller Bay Road upon the application of Hiroshi Hayiashida; and WHEREAS, on December 4, 1992, Hiroshi Hayiashida submitted a final plat to the Department of Planning and Community Development; and WHEREAS, the Department reviewed the final plat and forwarded its recommendation for approval to the City Council; now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council finds that the subdivision proposed for final plat approval conforms to all terms and conditions of the preliminary plat approval. Section 2. The City Council finds that the subdivision proposed for final plat approval and the final plat meet the requirements of Chapter 58.17.RCW, other applicable state laws, BIMC Chapter 17.04, the zoning ordinance and all other applicable ordinances that were in effect at the time of preliminary plat approval. Section 3. The City Council is authorized and directed to inscribe and to execute the City Council's approval on the face of the final plat. Section 4. The City Council has authorized a pavement width reduction for roads within the subdivision from 22 feet to 20 feet. Section 5. The City Council has required that each lot owner pay a $1500 school impact fee prior to issuance of a building permit. Section 6. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to file the original of the final plat for record with the Kitsap County Auditor, and to file one reproducible copy of the final plat (containing the Kitsap County Auditor's recording number) with the City Clerk, the City Engineer, the Kitsap County Assessor, and the applicant. Section 7. The City Council has required that approval is conditioned on the completion of a three -party agreement or bond acceptable to the City, to guarantee the completion of the required road paving.
