A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
fixing a time and place for public hearing on the final assessment
roll for Local Improvement District No. 13, High School Road
Improvements, and directing that notice thereof be given in the
manner required by law.
VCI-IEREAS, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No.
13, which was created and established by Ordinance No. 90-05, passed by the City Council
on February 15, 1990, has been prepared as provided by law and is on file with the City
Clerk, and it is necessary to fix the date for a public hearing thereon before the City
Council; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BA1NBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON, that the public hearing on the final
assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 13, will be held before the City Council
at 7:00 PM, local time, in the Bainbridge Island High School Library, 9330 NE High School
Road, Bainbridge Island, Washington, on January 12, 1995. The City Clerk is instructed
to cause notice to be given both by mailing and publication as required by law.
