RES 94-29 FIXING A TIME/PLACE FOR FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR LID 15RESOLUTION NO. 94-29
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
furrig a time and place for public hearing on the final
assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 15, and
directing that notice thereof be given in the manner required
by law.
WHEREAS, the f'mal assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 15,
which was created and established by Ordinance No. 91-39, passed by the City Council on
December 5, 1991, has been prepared as provided by law and is on file with the City Clerk, and
it is necessary to fix the date for a public heating thereon before the City Council; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON, that the public hearing on the fmal assessment roll
for Local Improvement District No. 15, will be held before the City Council at 7:00 PM,
local time, in the Bainbfidge Island Commons multi-purpose room, 402 B'June Drive SW,
Bainbridge Island, Washington, on August 18 , 19 94. The City Clerk is instructed
to cause notice to be given both by mailing and publication as required by law.
