A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
scheduling a Public Hearing regarding Local Improvement District #18
Final Assessments for the Justin Court paving project.
WHEREAS, the residents of Justin Court petitioned the City to
construct a roadway in their development, and
WHEREAS, the City had such project completed with the Council formally
accepting the project on 11-02-95.
NOW THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
To schedule a Public Hearing for 7:00 PM, Thursday, January 18,
1996, regarding the Final Assessments for the subject project.
PASSED by the City Council this 7th day of December, 1995.
APPROVED by the Mayor this 7th day of December, 1995.
