RES 96-10 FACILITIES RENTALRESOLUTION No. 96 — 10
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON AMENDING RESOLUTIONS 92-39 AND 94-18
AS THEY RELATE TO FACILITIES RENTAL CHARGES AND
ADDING A NEW SECTION TO THE FEE SCHEDULE OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City has determined by ordinance that various fees and
charges shall be in the amounts established by resolution, and Ordinance 96-13
adds two categories of facilities rental charges to those already existing; and
WHEREAS, the number of different charges for facilities rental is now great
enough that it is appropriate that they be grouped in a separate section of the City's Fee
Schedule; now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. A new section entitled "Facilities Rental" shall be added to Exhibit A
to Resolution 92-39 of the City of Bainbridge Island and to the City's Fee Schedule
setting fees charged by the City as follows :

cancellation with less than one month notice charges
SECTION 2. The Rental Rates section of Exhibit A to Resolution 94-18. the City's
Facilities Rental Guidelines, shall be amended to reflect the $25.00 application fee (non—
refundable but applies against rent), the $50.00 after hours activity fee, and the cancellation
fee of 25% of the anticipated rental charges.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be effective on and after the same date that
Ordinance 96-13 is effective.
