RES 96-05 RESCHEDULE OF LID NO.17 FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL PUBLIC HEARINGRESOLUTION NO. 96-05 A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, rescheduling the Local Improvement District No. 17, Rockaway Beach Area Water Service Improvements Final Assessment Roll Public Hearing. WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 7, 1995, the City Council approved Resolution No. 95-46, scheduling a public hearing for 7:30 PM, Thursday, January 18, 1996, to consider the Final Assessment Roll for Local Improvement District No. 17, Rockaway Beach Area Water Service Improvements, and WHEREAS, notice of the public hearing was transmitted for publication to the City's official newspaper but was not published, and WHEREAS, provisions of RCW 35.44.090, which addresses proper public hearing notification have not been met, and WHEREAS, proper notice of public hearing appeared in the official newspaper Wednesday, January 10, 1996, and will appear January 17, 1996, and has been mailed to Local Improvement District participants along with a cancellation notice for the January 18 hearing. NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: The public hearing to consider the final assessment roll prepared for Local Improvement District No. 17, has been rescheduled for 7:30 PM, February 1, 1996 in the Multi - Purpose Room located within the Bainbridge Commons facility at 402 B'June Drive SW, Bainbridge Island, Washington.
