RES 98-43 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF PHASE II OF HIDDEN COVE ESTATES SUBDIVISIONATTA C HNIENT A RESOLUTION NO. 98-4__3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BAIZBRIDGE ISLAND, WASH-ENGTON, APPROV/NG THE Fh'NAL PLAT FOR PHASE LI OF HIDDEN COVE ESTATES SUBDIVISION APPLICATION (FSUB08-14-98-1 ) WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 93-46, adopted on November 18, 1993, the City Council approved the preliminary plat and planned unit development.of Hidden Cove Estates, on approximately 189 acres of property located south of Hidden Cove road NE, west of Phelps Road NE, and east of'State Route 305, upon the application of North Washington ASsociates Limited Partnership; ahd WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 97-06, adopted on February 20, 1997, the City Council approved the final plat for Phase I, Hidden Cove Estates; and WEREAS, the City Engineer reviewed the final plat of Phase II, and finds that the subdivii)on meets the requirements of RCW 58.17~ 160 and forwarded recommendation for approval to the Department of Planning and Community Development; and WEEAS, recommendation for Development; and the health district reviewed the final plat and forwarded approval to the Department of Planning and Community WHEREAS, the Department of Planning and Community Development reviewed the final plat and forwarded its recommendation for approval to the City Council; now. therefore. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND. WASHtHNGTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council finds that the Hidden Cove Estates. Phase II subdivision proposed for final plat approval conforms to all terms and conditions of the preliminary. plat approval. Resolution - Hidden Cove Phase II October l. 1998 Section 2. The City Council finds that bonds and assurance devices by their essential term assure completion of all required plat improvements. Section 3. The City Council finds that the subdivision proposed for final plat approval and the final plat meet the requirements of state law, Chapter 17.04 B IMC, the comprehensive plan, and all other applicable ordinances in effect at the time of preliminary plat'approval. Section 4. The Mayor is authorized and directed to inscribe and execute the City Council 's approval on the face of the final plat. Section 5. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record the original of the final plat with the Kitsap County Auditor, and to file one reproducible copy of the final plat '. (containing the Kitsap County Auditor's recording.number) with the City Clerk, the City · Engineer, the Kitsap Cou.nty Assessor and the Applicant.
