RES 2005-03 SPELLMAN SEWER SERVICE AREARESOLUTION NO. 2005 03
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
approving the expansion of the City's sewer service area to include
Tax Lot Parcel Number 4143-000-023-0003.
WHEREAS, Mr. Spellman, is the owner and developer of Tax Parcel Number 4143-000-
023-0003 situated southeast of the Ferncliff Avenue and Byron Drive; and
WHEREAS, this property is outside of the existing sewer service area boundary as
identified in the comprehensive plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a Comprehensive Plan Update by Ordinance No.
2004-09 on December 8, 2004 which provides for minor modifications to the Sewer Service
Area (Figure 2) per SSP 2.4; and
WHEREAS, this request meets SSP 2.4;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE
ISLAND DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the City's existing sewer service area be modified to include Tax Parcel Number
4143-000-023-0003.
2. That sewer service to the property shall be by a main extension west on Byron Drive, at
the discretion of city staff.
