E IT CrQDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Winslow, Washington, as follows: As provided in Ordinance No. 66, the entire Town of Winslow, Washington is hereby declared to be and is hereby established a Fire Dis brict, and said Fire District shall be known and designated as Fire Zones~ one~ two and three. All dwellings, buildings or structures shall be declared to be within and subject to the requirements of Fire Zone l, 2 or 3, as follows: Fire Zone No. !: Strip of land in the central business district lying on both sides of Winslow Way described as follows: A strip l?0 feet wide measured h~orth of the Goverrnnent Lot line between ]vIadison Avenue North and the State Highway 30~- Also a strip 190 feet wide measured South Of the Government Lot line between 1,..~adison Avenue South and 3june Drive. Fire Zone No. 2: A strip of land hho feet in width South of the centerline of High School Road between PS. adison Avenue North and State Highway 309; ALSO a strip of land 500 feet in width South of the centerline of High School Road between State Highway 305 and Ferncliff Avenue Northeast; AI-qO a strip of land 200 feet in width West of the centerline of Madison Avenue between Wyatt Way Northwest and to a point 390 feet South of the centerline of Winslow Way West; ALqO a strip of land 200 feet in width East of ~he centerline of Madison Avenue North bet~-een Wyatt Way Northeast and to a point 370 feet North of the Govern- ment Lot line in Winslow Way East; ALqO a strip of land 200 feet in width lying North of Fire Zone One between Nadison Avenue North and State High- way 30~; ALSO a strip of land ~00 feet wide North of the Government Lot line in Winslow Way East between State Highway 309 and Ferncliff Avenue Northeast; ALSO a strip of land 200 feet in width bordering FIRE ZONE ONE on the South between l~adison Avenue South to a point 1200 feet West of the Northeast corner of Oouernment Lot 3, said Government Lot corner being the intersection of Winslow Way East and Ferncliff Avenue Northeast; ALSO that portion of land lying South of the Government Lot line in Winslow Way East and North of Eagle Harbor, between a point 1200 feet West of the Northeast corner of Government Lot 3, and a point 379 feet East of the ~jortheast corner of Oovernment Lot 3. Fire Zone No. 3: The reminder of the Town of Winslow not bein~j v~ith Fire Zones I or 2. Any person who shal 1 violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of the Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor~ and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.C~) or by punishment in jail for a term not exceeding Six (6) P,'~Ionths, or by both such fine an~ imprisonment, and each day any such person shall continue to violate or fail to comply with the provisions of the Ordinance shall be deemed and considered a separate offense.
