AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW,
AND DECLARING A NEGATIVE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
OF SAID PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the applicant Russell J. Trask has applied for a
rezone of certain property located within the City limits of
Winslow, more particularly described in this ordinance, from RMM
1200 to Mercantile and the City of Winslow Planning Commission
and the City Council of the City of Winslow held a joint public
hearing on said application on December 18, 1975, and the Plan-
ning Commission having transmitted to the City of Winslow on
January 29, 1976 their recommendations that the application be
approved and the City Engineer having prepared an environmental
impact assessment, now, therefore, the City Council of the City
of Winslow do ordain as follows:
1. The real property described in Exhibit 1 attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, located within
the City limits of the City of Winslow which is presently zoned
RMM 1200 be and hereby is rezoned to the classification of Mercantile
and the comprehensive plan of the City and Ordinance NO. 69-16 be
and hereby is deemed amended in conformity herewith.
2. That said action and adoption of this ordinance is not
a major action which will significantly affect the environment.
3. This ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after
its publication in the manner provided by law.
