ORD 78-10 REZONING PROPERTY IN CITY LIMITS OF WINSLOWORDINANCE 78-10
AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW,
AND DECLARING A NEGATIVE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
OF SAID PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, The applicant, Bainbridge Neighborhood Church, has applied
for a rezone of certain property located within the city limits of
Winslow from RPR~{ 1200 to Business Medium Density.
WHEREAS, The City Engineer prepared an Environmental Impact
Assessment, and the Planning Agency recommended the Rezone to the
Hearing Examiner who held a Public Hearing on March 28, 1978 and
did transmit to the City Council his Findings of Fact which recommended
the approval of said Rezone.
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Winslow do ordain
as follows:
1. The real property described as:
Grows' Eagle Harbor Heights.
Block .004 Lot 6 D-01 E. 100 Ft.
Block .004 Lot 7 D-01 Except the W. 177 Ft.
Block .004 Lot 011 D-00 Lots 11 & 12
Located within the City of Winslow is presently zoned
P~.~ 1200 be and hereby is rezoned Business Medium Density
and the Zoning Ordinance 69-16 be and hereby is deemed
amended in conformity herewith.
2. That said action and adoption of this Ordinance is not a
major action and will not affect the environment.
3o This Ordinance will take effect five days after posting in
the manner provided by law.
