AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW AFENDING ORDINANCE 81-01 AND
Pt~DVIDING FOR THE REGULATION OF PARKING IN THE AREAS DESIGNATED
RESTRICTED 6:00-9:00am
The City Council of the City of Winslow do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS IN CITY
OF WINSLOW
Section I. REGlrLATIONS APPLICABLE TO DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS IN CITY
OF WINSLOW of Ordinance 81-01 is hereby amended to add the following
provision:
j. In areas designated restricted 6:00-9:00am no vehicle shall be
parked before 9:00 am on Monday through Friday.
SECTION 2: PARKING FEES
Section V. a o Fees and Hours of Operation Applicable to Parking in the
Nun~ered Parking Spaces Near the Wasbington State Ferry Terminal is hereby
deemed ar~nded as follows:
a. Fees and Hours of Operation Applicable to Parking in the N~Dered
~arking Spaces Near the Washington State Ferry Terminal.
Spaces 1-41; 6:00a.m.~ 9:00 a.m.
Automobiles q~]ifying for carpool
status and parking during these hours
in their assigned spaces may park until
6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for
the sum of $35.00 each two calendar
month period (not to be pro-rated).
Spaces 1-41~9:00a.m.-6:00p.m.
Automab~les not qualifying for carpool
status or carpool permit holders not
parking in their assigned spaces may
park in this zone after 9:00 a.m. on
Monday through Friday and all day after
6:00 a.m. on Saturday for $1.75 per
vehicle per incident of parking per day.
Spaces 42-72~ 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. $ 1.75 per vehicle per incident of
parking per day.
Spaces 73-115; 6:00a.m.-4:30 p.m.
$ 1.75 per vehicle per incident of ~
parking per day.
Spaces 116-185; 6:00a.m.-6:00 p.m. $ 1.75 per vehicle per incident of
parking per day.
SECTION 3: SEVERABILITY
Should any provision of this ordinance be held invalid the remaining pro-
visions shall continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 4: EFFECTIVE DA~E
]his Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days
after posting in the manner provided by law.
