AN ORDINA/~E AMENDING ORDINkNCE NO. 81-43 AMENDING
THE 1982 BUDGET AND PROVIDING FOR REVENUE AND PROVIDING
FOR REVENUE AND EXPENDITURES UNFORSEEN AT THE TIME OF
THE 1982 BUDGET ADOPTION.
Whereas a grant increase was approved on the EPA Grant No. C-530487-02-8,
for the se~er treatment plant ir~prov~ts; and
Whereas these additional funds were not appropriated in the 1982 budget
and must be appropriated;
The Council of the City of Winslow DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section I. That the Utility Fund No. 401 1982 budget revenue
to receive the grant funds and expenditures to expend for the purpose
of construction be increased as follows:

Expenditures
501.34.60 $18,631.
